Her opinion

"Her" is a film, with "Spike Jonze" as the director, in "2013" (www.rottentomatoes.com).
The movie is about Theodore, a man who falls in love with his operating system.


I believe that the story development is very successful. It begins with Theodore as a lonely man, devastated by his break up. He seeks company to Samantha, the operating system, which helps him with his work saying her opinions, and later, with his personal life. He begins to fall in love with Samantha during their strong conversation about passion, and they "make love". By that time, they have a relationship, however, during the culmination, they argue. Their relationship gets better again, leading to the end of the story. I believe that the story writer creates a smooth, gradual relationship between the viewer and the concept of the film.

In my opinion, the idea behind this movie is wonderful. For example, the state of falling in love with an operating system, which has no actual existence, depicts the purity of love as a feeling. There are no restrictions related to the appearance of the woman. The man is only passionate about the character of the system.

I believe that the images near the ending are very strong. During the last words of Samantha, Thedore is portrayed crying, also the dust which is hit by the light makes the end of the system very intense, because they depict Theodore's state, but the dust is also a symbol of Samantha leaving.

Έχει να κάνει με τον Theodore, έναν άνδρα που ερωτεύεται το λειτουργικό του σύστημα.

Πιστεύω ότι η εξέλιξη της ιστορίας είναι πολύ επιτυχημένη. Ξεκινά με τον Theodore ως έναν μοναχικό άνθρωπο, κατεστραμμένο από τον χωρισμό του. Ψάχνει παρέα στην Samantha, το λειτουργικό σύστημα, το οποίο τον βοηθά με την δουλειά του λέγοντας τις απόψεις της, και αργότερα, με την προσωπική του ζωή. Αρχίζει να ερωτεύεται την Samantha κατά την διάρκεια της δυνατής τους συνομιλίας για το πάθος, και "κάνουν έρωτα". Από εκείνη την στιγμή, έχουν σχέση, παρ'όλα αυτά, κατά την διάρκεια του culmination, μαλώνουν. Η σχέση τους γίνεται καλύτερη πάλι, οδηγώντας στο τέλος της ιστορίας. Πιστεύω ότι ο συγγραφέας της ιστορίας δημιουργεί μια απαλή, σταδιακή σχέση μεταξύ του θεατή και του concept της ταινίας.

Κατά την γνώμη μου, η ιδέα πίσω από την ταινία είναι υπέροχη. Για παράδειγμα, η κατάσταση του να ερωτευτεί κανείς ένα λειτουργικό σύστημα, το οποίο δεν έχει ουσιαστική ύπαρξη, απεικονίζει την αγνότητα της αγάπης ως συναίσθημα. Δεν υπάρχουν περιορισμοί που έχουν σχέση με την εμφάνιση της γυναίκας. Ο άνδρας είναι παθιασμένος μόνο με τον χαρακτήρα του συστήματος.

Πιστεύω ότι οι εικόνες κοντά στο τελείωμα είναι πολύ δυνατές. Κατά την διάρκεια των τελευταίων λογιών της Samantha, ο Theodore απεικονίζεται να κλαίει, επίσης η σκόνη που την χτυπά το φως κάνει το τέλος του συστήματος πολύ έντονο, γιατί απεικονίζουν την κατάσταση του Theodore, αλλά και η σκόνη είναι ένα σύμβολο της Samantha που φεύγει.

Kingdom Hearts - The opinion for the Masterpiece

Kingdom Hearts is a video game, developed by Square Enix and also Walt Disney collaborated, in 2002. Tetsuya Nomura is the person behind it, as a director.

The game demonstrates the life of three friends: Sora, Riku and Kairi. They live in the Destiny Islands and want to reach other worlds using a raft. However, darkness destroys their home and separates them. Sora gets a weapon in a shape of a giant key, called Keyblade. He becomes a friend and collaborates with Donald Duck and Goofy, who are trying to find their king, Mickey Mouse.

The friends travel to different worlds meeting Alice, Hercules, Peter Pan, the Beast and others, defeating the creatures of darkness, called the Heartless, and protect the worlds from destruction.

I believe that the story is the best part of the game. It effectively combines the plot of each Walt Disney film in their respective worlds, with the one of Kingdom Hearts. It also correlates the Disney villains with both their fight with the protagonists and their goal, which is to collect the Disney Princesses.

Riku is a very interesting character. He begins brave enough to fight the darkness, however, he gets by the side of Maleficent, the villain leader. Later, he gets possessed by the Heartless of Xehanort (Ansem) and he ends up in the dark realm.

Additionally, the symbols are also very efficient. They clearly demonstrate the power of light, with the friendship, smile and effort over darkness.

In my opinion, the essence of tenderness is also very smooth, but also beautiful. Sora risks his own heart in order to free Kairi and becomes a Heartless. Then, she embraces him and makes him human again. After the defeat of Xehanort's Heartless (Ansem) he tries to catch her, but the got separated.

Music is also another brilliant part of the game. The theme song called "Hikari" and it has a pretty rhythm.

Το Kingdom Hearts είναι ένα παιχνίδι, σχεδιασμένο από την Square Enix και έχοντας και την Walt Disney να συνεργάζεται μαζί, το 2002. Ο Tetsuya Nomura είναι ο άνθρωπος πίσω από αυτό, σαν σκηνοθέτης.

Το παιχνίδι παρουσιάζει την ζωή τριών φίλων: Του Sora, του Riku και της Kairi. Ζούνε στα Destiny Islands και θέλουν να φτάσουν άλλους κόσμους με μια σχεδία. Πιστεύω ότι η ιστορία είναι το καλύτερο κομμάτι του παιχνιδιού. Συνδυάζει αποτελεσματικά την πλοκή κάθε ταινίας της Walt Disney στους αντίστοιχους κόσμους, με εκείνη του Kingdom Hearts. Συσχετίζει επίσης τους κακούς της Disney και με την μάχη τους με τους πρωταγωνιστές, και με τον σκοπό τους,  οποίος είναι να συγκεντρώσουν τις Πριγκίπισσες της Disney.

Ο Riku είναι ένας πολύ ενδιαφέρων χαρακτήρας. Ξεκινά πολύ γενναίος να πολεμήσει το σκοτάδι, παρ'όλα αυτά, πηγαίνει με την μεριά της Maleficent, της αρχηγού των κακών. Αργότερα, κατέχεται από το Heartless του Xehanort (Ansem) και καταλήγει στον κόσμο του σκοταδιού.

Επιπροσθέτως, τα σύμβολα είναι επίσης πολύ λειτουργικά. Ξεκάθαρα απεικονίζουν την δύναμη του φωτός, με την φιλία, το χαμόγελο και την προσπάθεια ενάντια στο σκοτάδι.

Κατά την γνώμη μου, η αίσθηση της τρυφερότητας είναι επίσης πολύ απαλή, αλλά πανέμορφη. Brandy and Mr. Whiskers opinion

Brandy and Mr. Whiskers is a television animated series, created by "Russell Marcus" (www.imdb.com). It is about a hare and a dog who fall from a plane inside the Amazon jungle, by accident.

The best part of this series is its humour. Mr. Whiskers, is a hilarious character, trying always to spent some time with his friend, Brandy, being tiresome with his beliefs and actions. He is very dirty and foolish, which makes a great contrast with Brandy. She is very clever and always treats herself well, like she is a young lady. However, they always conclude to pass through the same adventure together.

Another character who is very interesting is Ed. He is an otter, friend of Mr. Whiskers. This character is very smart, but also very quiet. However, he follows Mr. Whiskers but also says his own opinion on things.

Το Brandy and Mr. Whiskers είναι μια τηλεοπτική σειρά animation, από τον δημιουργό "Russell Marcus" (www.imdb.com). Έχει να κάνει με έναν λαγό και μια σκυλίτσα που πέφτουν από ένα αεροπλάνο μέσα στην ζούγκλα του Αμαζονίου, κατά λάθος.

Το καλύτερο κομμάτι της σειράς είναι το χιούμορ. Ο Mr. Whiskers, είναι ένας αστείος χαρακτήρας, προσπαθώντας πάντα να περάσει λίγο χρόνο με την φίλη του, την Brandy, και γίνεται κουραστικός με τα πιστεύω του και τις δράσεις του. Είναι βρώμικος και ανόητος, κάτι το οποίο κάνει μεγάλη αντίθεση με την Brandy. Εκείνη είναι πολύ έξυπνη και πάντα φέρεται στον εαυτό της σαν να είναι μια νεαρή γυναίκα. Παρ'όλα αυτά, πάντα καταλήγουν να περνούν την ίδια περιπέτεια μαζί.

Άλλος ένας χαρακτήρας που είναι πολύ ενδιαφέρων είναι ο Ed. Είναι μια ενυδρίδα, φίλος του Mr. Whiskers. Αυτός ο χαρακτήρας είναι πολύ έξυπνος, αλλά επίσης πολύ ήσυχος. Παρόλα αυτά, ακολουθεί τον Mr. Whiskers αλλά επίσης λέει την γνώμη του σε πράγματα.

Les Miserables opinion

Les Miserables is a film directed by Tom Hooper, in 2012. It is about Jean Valjean, a prisoner who breaks his parole and starts a new life. However, inspector Javert chases him, as the former prisoner raises the daughter of Fantine, one of the workers of his factory who becomes a prostitute and dies.

The main characteristic of the film is its form. Based on the stage musical, the movie also includes these songs, making the feelings evoked stronger.

One of the most famous songs is called "I dreamed a dream", sung by Fantine. The song is about the life of the woman, who remembers the old days and the destruction of her dreams, due to the fact that she became a prostitute in order to raise her daughter.

Javert creates a great correlation, between the "law", the stars, Lucifer, heaven and hell, in the song "Stars". He believes that the people of the law, give light to the dark like the stars, which are always on their positions, steady. However, according to him, if one star falls like Lucifer, who was an angel before, it would burn. Thus, he claims that if a person of the law does not follow the right, he would be lead in hell.

"One day more" is the song before the battle of the revolution. Each of the main characters waits for something different. Valjean wants to leave the town before the revolution, Cosette, the daughter of Fantine, wants to see her beloved rebel, Marius, again. Marius is between following Cosette or fight. Javert waits for the revolution to start in order to end it. These different relationships make the song stronger, in addition to its intense music and lyrics.

Οι Άθλιοι είναι μια ταινία, σκηνοθετημένη από τον Tom Hooper, το 2012. Πρόκειται για τον Γιάννη Αγιάννη, έναν φυλακισμένο που σπάει την άδειά του και ξεκινά μια νέα ζωή. Παρ'όλα αυτά, ο επιθεωρητής Ιαβέρης τον κυνηγά, καθώς ο παλιός αιχμάλωτος μεγαλώνει την κόρη της Φαντίν, μια από τις εργάτριες του εργοστασίου του που γίνεται πόρνη και πεθαίνει.

Το βασικό χαρακτηριστικό της ταινίας είναι η μορφή της. Βασισμένη στο μιούζικαλ του θεάτρου, η ταινία περιέχει επίσης αυτά τα τραγούδια, κάνοντας τα συναισθήματα που δημιουργεί, δυνατότερα.

Ο Αγιάννης θέλει να αφήσει την πόλη πριν την επανάσταση, η Cosette, η κόρη της Fantine, θέλει να δει τον αγαπημένο της επαναστάτη, τον Marius, πάλι. Ο Marius είναι ανάμεσα στο να ακολουθήσει την Cosette ή να πολεμήσει. Ο Ιαβέρης περιμένει την επανάσταση να αρχίσει, με σκοπό να την τελειώσει. Αυτές οι διαφορετικές σχέσεις κάνουν το τραγούδι δυνατότερο, επιπρόσθετα με την έντονη μουσική και τους στίχους.

The Green Mile opinion

The film is called "The Green Mile" "1999" and the director is "Frank Darabont" (www.rottentomatoes.com)
Policeman Paul works in the corridor of the prisoners who will be executed, the Green Mile.When a new prisoner, John, arrives, Paul becomes a witness of very peculiar facts.
The story begins with the policeman who is very old. He watches a part of a film, which reminds him a story from the days he was younger and begins to narrate it to his friend. We can see him working in the prison, while John, a very quiet man, is the newcomer and he is about to be executed in some days. One of the other prisoners, becomes a friend with a small mouse which is being hit. John takes it and heals in, breathing in and out its pain. He also cures the illness of Paul. The policeman has the idea to get John out of the prison in order to heal the tumor of his friend's wife. He accomplishes that with the help of the other policemen, and John heals the woman. However, he breathes the tumor inside one of the policemen, which kills a prisoner. John then grabs the arm of Paul and shows him that the prisoner who was killed did the crime that John was blamed for. Paul has to go on with the execution of John, even though he knows he is innocent. As a last wish, the policemen let him she a film, which is the one that the older Paul watched and reminded him the story. The policeman says to his friends that John is innocent, however, John is being killed. The story ends with Paul who is very old but he still lives, as John gave him life while he healed his illness.
The most important part of the film is the symbol of John's execution. This element demonstrates the destruction of something good and enhances the unfairness of this fact.
There is also a great inner fight inside Paul, whose remorses are still apparent as he has to live for so long.

Ο αστυνόμος λέει στους φίλους του ότι ο John είναι αθώος, παρ'όλα αυτά, ο John σκοτώνεται. Η ιστορία τελειώνει με τον Paul που είναι πολύ ηλικιωμένος αλλά ακόμα ζει, καθώς ο John του έδωσε ζωή όταν γιάτρεψε την αρρώστια του.
Το πιο σημαντικό κομμάτι της ταινίας είναι ο συμβολισμός της εκτέλεσης του John. Αυτό το στοιχείο παρουσιάζει την καταστροφή κάποιου καλού και ενισχύει την αδικία αυτού του γεγονότος.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame opinion

The film is called "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" "1996" and the directors are "Gary Trousdale, Kirk Wise" (www.rottentomatoes.com)
A young deformed man, Quasimodo, wants to leave his home, Notre Dame, and see what it is there. He meets Esmeralda and he falls in love with her. However, Frollo is not agreed with what Quasimodo did and wants the woman for himself.
In the beginning of the film, the narration of Clopin demonstrates what happened in the past, while Frollo who is a judge, killed Quasimodo's mother and, thanks to the priest of the church, he raised the infant. The narration is accompanied with the song Bells of Notre Dame which makes it stronger.
As a young man now, Quasimodo lives in the temple, while Frollo does not let him go outside. Despite that, he goes to the celebration, where people treat him badly because of his appearance. The young woman Esmeralda helps him and while Frollo chases her because she is a gypsy, she asks for sanctuary in the church. Quasimodo fells in love with her, so does Phoebus, a young general of Frollo's army. Quasimodo helps her escape and the two men find the secret place of the gypsies later, as they wanted to warn them about Frollo. The judge takes Esmeralda and Quasimodo saves her again.
There are great contrasts in the film. The beautiful character of Quasimodo takes over his deformed appearance. Also, Frollo chases Esmeralda, however, he falls in love with her. The woman helps with care, demonstrating that there is no reason why she is being chased and depicting that Frollo is not a fair judge.
The contrast also comes in the form of songs. Both Quasimodo and Frollo sing about their love, however, the young man talks about watching the Heaven, while the judge is speaking about fire.
The well-structured animation of Follo is potraying him afraid of his new love and not knowing anything about it.

Στην αρχή της ταινίας, η αφήγηση του Κλοπίνου παρουσιάζει τι έγινε στο παρελθόν, καθώς ο Φρόλλο που είναι δικαστής, σκότωσε την μητέρα του Κουασιμόδου και, χάρη στον παπά της εκκλησίας, μεγαλώνει το μωρό. Η αφήγηση συνοδεύεται από το τραγούδι Bells of Notre Dame που την κάνει πιο δυνατή.
Ως ένας νεαρός τώρα, ο Κουασιμόδος ζει στον ναό, καθώς ο Φρόλλο δεν τον αφήνει να βγει έξω. Παρ'όλα αυτά, πηγαίνει στην γιορτή, όπου οι άνθρωποι του φέρονται άσχημα λόγω της εμφάνισής του. Η νεαρή γυναίκα, Εσμεράλντα τον βοηθά και καθώς ο Φρόλλο την κυνηγά γιατί είναι τσιγγάνα, εκείνη ζητά άσυλο στην εκκλησία. Ο Κουασιμόδος την ερωτεύεται, όπως και ο Φοίβος, ο νεαρός στρατηγός του στρατού του Φρόλλο. Ο Κουασιμόδος την βοηθά να ξεφύγει και οι δύο άντρες βρίσκουν το μυστικό μέρος των τσιγγάνων αργότερα, θέλοντας να τους προειδοποιήσουν για τον Φρόλλο. Ο δικαστής παίρνει την Εσμεράλντα και ο Κουασιμόδος την σώζει ξανά.
Υπάρχουν σπουδαίες αντιθέσεις στην ταινία. Ο πανέμορφος χαρακτήρας του Κουασιμόδου κατακτά την παραμορφωμένη εμφάνισή του. Επίσης, ο Φρόλλο κυνηγά την Εσμεράλντα και την ερωτεύεται. Η γυναίκα βοηθά με φροντίδα, δείχνοντας ότι δεν υπάρχει λόγος να κυνηγιέται και απεικονίζοντας ότι ο Φρόλλο δεν είναι δίκαιος δικαστής.
Η αντίθεση έρχεται επίσης με την μορφή τραγουδιών. Και ο Κουασιμόδος και ο Φρόλλο τραγουδούν για την αγάπη τους, παρ'όλα αυτά, ο νεαρός λέει ότι είδε τον Ουρανό, καθώς ο δικαστής μιλάει για φωτιά.
Το καλά δομημένο animation του Φρόλλο τον απεικονίζει να φοβάται την νέα του αγάπη και να μην ξέρει τίποτα για αυτήν.

The series is called Phineas and Ferb and the creators are Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh.
Two boys, Phineas and Ferb, create different ways of having fun during the summer. Their sister Candace, wants to show her mother what these stepbrothers are doing, but always fails to. However, their platypus pet Perry is a secret agent who fights the evil.
In almost every episode, the two boys try to find out what to do. Her sister sees them and waits for them to begin. Phineas says the quote "Hey, where is Perry?" (quote from the series), and the platypus goes to its secret base, ready to listen to his new mission. They construct their new invention with the help of their friends, who also play with them in the end. Perry goes to the lab of the evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz, figures out his new machine and fights to stop him.The children play and while Candace is about to show their mother what the have created and doing, in a clever way, the machine of Doofenshmirtz destroys the construction of the boys, or, takes it away, so Candace has nothing to show. The kids don't mind that their play is completed that way and Perry returns to their house.
One funny aspect of the series is that sometimes, these facts are being done in an opposite way. The audience is used to this row, however, some of the quotes are being said by a different person. Also, one time, Candace managed to bust (quote from the series) them, but the time machine of Doofenshmirtz took everybody in the past again.
Another hilarous element is Doofenshmirtz. He talks a lot, he always says his plan and most of the times, has a story to tell about his past which justifies his invention.
Additionally, Ferb speaks very often. When he does, he usually says something clever or funny.
Music is a great part of the series. The song "Gitchee Gitchee Goo" (www.phineasandferb.wikia.com) depicts humor in an abstract and charming way.
The song Summer Belongs to You inspires children to come up with ideas in order to have fun with its beautiful melody and lyrics.

Τα παιδιά παίζουν και όταν η Candace είναι έτοιμη να δείξει στην μητέρα τους τι έχουν δημιουργήσει και κάνουν, με έναν έξυπνο τρόπο, η μηχανή του Doofenshmirtz καταστρέφει την κατασκευή των παιδιών ή την πηγαίνει μακριά, οπότε η Candace δεν έχει τίποτα να δείξει. Τα παιδιά δεν νοιάζονται που το παιχνίδι τους τελειώνει με αυτόν τον τρόπο και ο Perry επιστρέφει στο σπίτι τους.
Ένα αστείο στοιχείο της σειράς, είναι ότι, μερικές φορές, αυτά τα γεγονότα γίνονται με αντίθετο τρόπο. Το κοινό έχει συνηθίσει σε αυτή τη σειρά, παρ'όλα αυτά, κάποιο άλλο άτομο λέει μερικές από τις ατάκες. Επίσης, μια φορά, η Candace κατάφερε να τους πιάσει στα πράσα (ατάκα από τη σειρά), αλλά η μηχανή του χρόνου του Doofenshmirtz τους πήγε όλους στο παρελθόν.

Moulin Rouge! Opinion

The film title is "Moulin Rouge" "2001" and the director is "Baz Luhrmann" (www.rottentomatoes.com).
The story takes place in Paris, where Christian, agrees to write a stage play which would be performed in Moulin Rouge. He meets Satine, one of the girls of the cabaret and they fall in love. However, the producer of the performance is also in love with the young woman, who is fatally ill, too.
The film begins with an introduction from Christian writing. Before this, he goes to Paris and gets in contact with the other people of the stage play. From song to song, we see the development of it and also the love between the two young ones. The peak of the film is also the peak of the play where the theme song is being performed.
I believe that the most important elements of the film are the songs and how they are being rendered.
The feelings of Christian are being portrayed by Your Song.
The emotional song Come What May is being played during some scenes, showing the development of both relationship of the young ones and the development of the rehearshals for the play in a very soft way.
My favourite part is the song Roxanne. In a lyric way, there is a connection between the girl and her prevention of working as a prostitute referred and Satine who is with the producer at the moment. The jealousy of Christian is being surfaced by the song and climbs while he sings: "His eyes upon your face. His hand upon your hand. His lips caress your skin. It's more than I can stand!". The tango style of the song is being danced by a great group of dancers, giving it flesh and bones. Additionally, we see Christian in the middle, which seems like he is being trapped by it.
Another great rendition is The Show Must Go On. Zidler, who is responsible of the cabaret, knows and sees that Satine is ill. He then begins to sing the song, which reflects the hard position of the woman who needs to actually give the show but also her life slowly reaches its end. The song is being performed in a hair-raising way by an orchestra.

Η ταινία λαμβάνει χώρα στο Παρίσι, όπου ο Christian, συμφωνεί να γράψει ένα θεατρικό το οποίο πρόκειται να παιχτεί στο Moulin Rouge. Συναντά την Satine, μια από τις κοπέλες του καμπαρέ και ερωτεύονται. Παρ'όλα αυτά, ο παραγωγός της παράστασης είναι επίσης ερωτευμένος μαζί με την νεαρή κοπέλα, που είναι θανάσιμα άρρωστη.

Πιστεύω ότι το πιο σημαντικό στοιχείο της ταινίας είναι τα τραγούδια και πώς έχουν αποδοθεί.
Τα αισθήματα του Christian απεικονίζονται από το Your Song.
Το συναισθηματικό τραγούδι Come What May παίζεται κατά την διάρκεια κάποιων σκηνών, δείχνοντας την εξέλιξη της σχέσης των δύο νεαρών και των προβών της παράστασης με έναν πολύ απαλό τρόπο.
Το αγαπημένο μου σημείο είναι το τραγούδι Roxanne. Με έναν στιχουργικό τρόπο, υπάρχει μια σύνδεση μεταξύ της κοπέλας και της αποτροπής της να δουλέψει ως πόρνη που αναφέρονται, και της Satine που είναι με τον παραγωγό εκείνη την στιγμή. Άλλη μια απίστευτη απόδοση είναι το The Show Must Go On. Ο Zidler που είναι ο υπεύθυνος του καμπαρέ, ξέρει και βλέπει ότι η Satine είναι άρρωστη. Μετά ξεκινά να τραγουδά το τραγούδι, που αντικατοπτρίζει την δύσκολη θέση της γυναίκας που πρέπει να δώσει την παράσταση, αλλά η ζωή της πλησιάζει σιγά-σιγά το τέλος της. Το τραγούδι παίζεται με έναν ανατριχιαστικό τρόπο από μια ορχήστρα.

The Magic Sword Quest for Camelot opinion

The film is called "The Magic Sword Quest for Camelot" "(1998)", and the director is "Frederik Du Chau"(www.rottentomatoes.com)
In the land where the castle Camelot is, the magic sword Excalibur is being stolen and thrown by accident inside the Forbidden Forest. Kayley tries to find it for the sake of the king Arthur along with Garrett, a blind young man who lives in that forest. However, Ruber wants to have the sword for his own and chases the young ones with his evil allies.
In the beginning, we start with an introduction about Lionel, Kayley's father who is a knight of the castle. When he is being killed by Ruber, in some very emotional scenes we can see the impact it has to the girl, and also, her growing up, through a song.
Ruber's Griffin steals the sword and gives a battle with Eden, the hawk of Merlin. As a result, the sword falls inside the Forbidden Forest. Kayley then begins to find it alone, but she meets Garrett and together they start to find Excalibur.
The most intense scene is accompanied with the tender song Looking Through Your Eyes, sung by the young ones as Garrett is being healed by the girl. The lyrics create a contrast between the man and the song. Even though he cannot see, we actually feels the love of Kayley. From her point of view, she expresses that she can also see the beauty through him as well. During the singing, Eden forms the three circles which reflects the knights union. This is a symbol that they are blessed by the heavens under the connection of the kinghts.
In my opinion, this is one of the most romantic scenes in the history of animated films.

Στην γη όπου βρίσκεται το κάστρο Κάμελοτ, το μαγικό σπαθί Εξκάλιμπερ κλέβεται και πετιέται μέσα στο Απαγορευμένο Δάσος από ατύχημα. Η Kayley προσπαθεί να το βρει για χάρη του βασιλιά Αρθούρου μαζί με τον Garrett, έναν τυφλό νεαρό που ζει μέσα σε αυτό το δάσος. Παρ'όλα αυτά, ο Ruber θέλει το σπαθί για τον εαυτό του και κυνηγά τους νεαρούς με τη σατανική του ομάδα.
Στην αρχή, ξεκινάμε με μια εισαγωγή για τον Lionel, τον πατέρα της Kayley ο οποίος είναι ιππότης του κάστρου. Όταν εκείνος δολοφονείται από τον Ruber, σε μερικές πολύ συναισθηματικές σκηνές μπορούμε να δούμε την επίπτωση που έχει για το κορίτσι, και επίσης, εκείνη να μεγαλώνει, μέσα από ένα τραγούδι.
Ο Γρύπας του Ruber κλέβει το σπαθί και δίνει μάχη με τον Eden, το γεράκι του Μέρλιν. Αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα να πέσει το σπαθί μέσα στο Απαγορευμένο Δάσος. Η Kayley τότε ξεκινά να το βρει μόνη, όμως συναντά τον Garrett και μαζί ξεκινούν να βρουν το Εξκάλιμπερ.
Η πιο δυνατή σκηνή συνοδεύεται με το τρυφερό τραγούδι Looking Through Your Eyes, το οποίο το τραγουδούν οι νεαροί καθώς ο Garrett γιατρεύεται από την κοπέλα. Οι στίχοι δημιουργούν μια αντίθεση μεταξύ του άνδρα και του τραγουδιού. Παρ΄όλο που εκείνος δεν μπορεί να δει, νιώθει την αγάπη της Kayley. Από την δική της οπτική, και εκείνη εκφράζει ότι μπορεί να δει την ομορφιά μέσα από εκείνον. Κατά τη διάρκεια του τραγουδιού, ο Eden σχηματίζει τους τρεις κύκλους που αντικατοπτρίζουν την ένωση των ιπποτών. Αυτό είναι ένα σύμβολο ότι είναι ευλογημένοι από τους ουρανούς και υπό την σύνδεση των ιπποτών.
Κατά τη γνώμη μου, αυτή είναι μια από τις πιο ρομαντικές σκηνές στην ιστορία των ταινιών animation.

Avatar The Last Airbender opinion

The name of the series is Avatar The Last Airbender, Bryan Konienzo and Michael Dante di Martino are the creators.
The series takes place in a world were the four elements Air, Water, Earth and Fire have been divided into four cilizations.  However, Fire Nation has conquered most of the known world. Some people from these places can interact with their respective element and bend it.
Aang, a boy whose aim is to master bending the three remaining elements, Water, Earth and Fire is also the Avatar, which can actually bend all of the elements and also bring peace to the world.
He travels with his friends, Katara, Sokka and Toph, battles the Nation and also practices the bending of the elements. Aang is being chased by Zuko, the son of the Fire Lord who has to capture him in order to return to his palace.
This series has many messages and meanings. The concept of the Avatar shows us the great contribution of one has to the world in order to bring balance. It also demonstrates the patience and the hard work through the bending exercising. The seperated four elements depict the disjuction of our own world however, together they can connect the pieces of the world which create it through their union and uniqueness.
When Katara decides not to harm the man who is blamed for the loss of her mother, the aspect of forgiveness is beautifully depicted.
Zuko is a tragic hero. His personality is being formed by the element of unfairness and his quest reflects the pain which is both physical and metaphorical.
A very interesting aspect is the art direction, which is influenced by the anime and eastern civilizations. Plus, the beautiful music enhances some elements and brings tension and calmness.

Η σειρά έχει πολλά μηνύματα και σημασίες. Η ιδέα του Avatar μας δείχνει την μεγάλη συνεισφορά κάποιου που έχει στον κόσμο για να φέρει ισορροπία. Επίσης, παρουσιάζει την υπομονή και την σκληρή δουλειά μέσα από την εξάσκηση του δαμάσματος. Τα χωρισμένα τέσσερα στοιχεία απεικονίζουν τον διαχωρισμό του δικού μας κόσμου, όμως, μαζί μπορούν να ενώσουν τα κομμάτια του που τον δημιουργούν μέσα από την ένωσή και την μοναδικότητά τους.
Όταν η Katara αποφασίζει να μην βλάψει τον άνδρα που είναι υπεύθυνος για τον χαμό της μητέρας της, το στοιχείο της συγχώρεσης απεικονίζεται όμορφα.
Ο Zuko είναι ένας τραγικός ήρωας. Η προσωπικότητά του έχει δημιουργηθεί από το στοιχείο της αδικίας και η αναζήτηση αντικατοπτρίζει τον πόνο που είναι και φυσικός και μεταφορικός.
Ένα πολύ ενδιαφέρον κομμάτι είναι η καλλιτεχνική επιμέλεια, η οποία είναι επηρεασμένη από anime και ανατολικούς πολιτισμούς. Επιπλέον, η πανέμορφη μουσική δυναμώνει μερικά στοιχεία και φέρνει ένταση και γαλήνη.

The Wizard of Oz opinion

The film is called "The Wizard of Oz" "(1939)", directors "King Vidor, Victor Fleming" (www.rottentomatoes.com). Dorothy, a farm girl, is transfered to a unique land through a hurricane. Believing that the Wizard of Oz is going to help her going back home, she travels through this peculiar land with some odd friends, who want to see the wizard for their own goals. This film depicts the well known fairytale on screen, portaying the fight to accomplish ones aim. We see the girl and her life, until the tornado comes and upsets the calm life of the farm. Dorothy and her dog, Toto, enter the new world and meet also the characters and we clearly understand their goals and beatifuly have their personalities appear on screen through songs. However, the evil witch tries to steal the shoes of her dead sister which have been put on Dorothy's feet in a magic way. During the peak of the film, the witch is defetead by accident thanks to Dorothy.Later, her friends and the girl figure out that the wizard which would help them is a regular man. That shows as that sometimes, we already have the things that we want to get.
A remarkable aspect of the film is the colour. The life on Earth is depicted with a pale, monochromatic colour. As Dorothy and Toto go to the land of Oz, suddenly, colours begin to stream on our screen, depiciting us the great difference of that world.

Πιστεύοντας ότι ο Μάγος του Οζ πρόκειται να την βοηθήσει να πάει πίσω σπίτι, ταξιδεύει μέσα από αυτή την περίεργη γη μαζί με κάποιους ιδιαίτερους φίλους, οι οποίοι θέλουν να δουν τον μάγο για τους δικούς τους σκοπούς. Η ταινία αυτή αποτυπώνει στην οθόνη το πολύ γνωστό παραμύθι, απεικονίζοντας την μάχη για να πετύχει κάποιος τον σκοπό του. Βλέπουμε το κορίτσι και την ζωή της, μέχρι που έρχεται ο ανεμοστρόβιλος και ταράζει την ήρεμη ζωή της φάρμας. Η Ντόροθι και ο σκύλος της, ο Τότο, εισέρχονται στον νέο κόσμο και επίσης συναντάμε τους χαρακτήρες και ξεκάθαρα καταλαβαίνουμε τους σκοπούς τους και όμορφα οι προσωπικότητές τους εμφανίζονται στην σκηνή μέσα από τραγούδια. Όμως, η κακιά μάγισσα προσπαθεί να κλέψει τα παπούτσια της νεκρής αδελφής της τα οποία έχουν μπει στα πόδια της Ντόροθι με μαγικό τρόπο. Κατά την διάρκεια της κορυφής της ταινίας, η μάγισσα νικιέται από ατύχημα χάρη στην Ντόροθι. Αργότερα, οι φίλοι της και το κορίτσι καταλαβαίνουν ότι ο μάγος που θα τους βοηθούσε είναι ένας απλός άνθρωπος. Αυτό δείχνει ότι μερικές φορές, ήδη έχουμε τα πράγματα τα οποία θέλουμε να αποκτήσουμε.
Ένα απίστευτο στοιχείο της ταινίας είναι το χρώμα. Η ζωή στην Γη απεικονίζεται θολά και μονοχρωματικά. Καθώς η Ντόροθι και ο Τότο πάνε στην χώρα του Οζ, ξαφνικά, χρώματα ξεχύνονται στην οθόνη μας, δείχνοντάς μας την μεγάλη διαφορά αυτού του κόσμου.
